A fundraising butchery evening was hosted by Simon Taylor of Surrey Hills Butchers in Oxshott this week. The attendees watched a demonstration on lamb and pork breakdown, followed a demonstration on how to tie a butcher’s knot and how to bone, stuff and roll a chicken for roasting. A very productive and enjoyable fundraiser.
